Kimberly started her Hospitality career with Bloomin’ Brands 16 years ago, as a first-time server for Outback Steakhouse in Grandville, MI. She quickly became a raving fan of the brand, and moved up the ranks from Bartending to Managing and eventually landed on the training team for Bloomin’ Brands, International. 10 years and 24 countries later, she now manages International Operations across the globe, assisting franchise and equity markets with New Restaurant Openings, on-going Training and Leadership Development, and new concept design.
Kimberly relocated to the Florida area 11 years ago, but hangs on to her Michigan roots. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality from Grand Valley State University, and is an active member of the CHART society. In her free time, she swims with the St. Pete Masters club, paddleboards, and enjoys all the outdoor water activities Florida has to offer. She’s also an active Volunteer Puppy Raiser for Southeastern Guide Dogs, and is currently raising her second puppy, Lucky.
